Shipping

All domestic orders and European orders up to £50 are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Tracked. Domestic orders over £50 are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. European orders over £50 and all international orders are shipped by DHL. All orders will be tracked and insured up to the full value of the items purchased.

 

Shipping Times

Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once it’s been shipped, you can expect to receive it in:

 

Domestic: 1-3 working days

Europe: 1-6 working days

International: 1-6 working days

 

International Customs & Duties

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

Returns

All sales are final. Our pieces are carefully curated and a thorough description of the condition and measurements of each item can be found on their respective product pages. Some vintage and secondhand items may have minor imperfections due to age and previous wear. Please be sure to read through the description, check the measurements and contact us if you are still unsure about an item before purchasing.
